Alumni joined Dan Kiernan for this online panel discussion on career transitions. Dan is Head of Global Industry Careers at Saïd Business School and is passionate about helping people make good
career choices. Having tried many different paths, careers are his forte! This inspirational and interactive panel event helped shake up thinking around career transitions, as well as providing a chance to engage with other alumni and gain innovative
insight in to career journeys.

Saul Betmead (PgDip, 2018)

Saul is the former Chief Marketing Officer of the UN World Food Programme, the 2020 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Chief Strategy Officer for VMLY&R EMEA and TedX speaker. He advises organisations on how to find what makes them special, and how to remain
special overtime, especially around how they integrate ESG agendas into their DNA. Saul has also now partners with Said Business School, as one of their Expert Industry Advisors.

Prerna Wadikar (Lincoln, 2020)

Prerna is the CEO of Action for India and the board member of Central British Trust for World Jewish Relief founded in 1933. Prerna has a rich portfolio career in entrepreneurship, climate finance, clean energy, technology and gender working across multinationals,
philanthropies and governments in seven countries and 25 states in India.

Sanya Rajpul (St Benet's Hall, 2020)

Sanya is a Lawyer, with a Masters in Education and International Development from UCL, and an MBA from the University of Oxford. Currently, she is building AdagioVR - a scientifically-based, self-led, and scalable solution for wellbeing delivered
through virtual reality. While continuing her work as a speaker and advocate.
