Details

In this interactive session, Chris Lintott, Professor of Astrophysics and BBC Sky at Night presenter will be on hand to guide us around the cosmos while enjoying the November night sky.

Mars - the target of a flotilla of spacecraft now en route - is bright in the sky, and the giant planets Jupiter and Saturn are also on show. Bring your queries about alien life, any cosmological conundrums or questions on any astronomical topic and Chris will answer them while giving pointers on enjoying the night sky yourself - whether you’re under a dark sky or in the middle of a brightly lit city.
