In al-Andalus, the Islamic kingdom on the Iberian Peninsula that lasted nearly 800 years, the Moors created some of the most spectacularly beautiful architecture ever seen in western Europe. This tour will take in some of the most iconic examples of this architecture as well as fascinating galleries of Spanish art. The key visits will be preceded by short lectures which will help you experience and interpret these remarkable buildings.
